To ensure compliance with State and Federal prevailing wage requirements, the Specialist will provide administration and management of payroll certifications to include payroll set up, onboarding, training, data upload, payroll review, collaboration with the US Department of Labor, and ongoing help desk support. The Specialist will also implement a Late Payroll Escalation policy announced in July 2023 to all current contractors and subs in the program.
